Plan (drafter input)

planner suburban_observations

The Little League snack schedule. A Google Doc with 22 families, a tab for allergies, a sub-tab for 'preferred brand of Gatorade,' and a passive-aggressive comment thread that has been running since March. Dan is on snack duty Saturday and he has already been messaged four times. Button: He is bringing orange slices and he is not sorry.

Suburban observation, hero_text. Youth sports lane is fresh — recent content is Costco-heavy and HOA-heavy. Specific details (22 families, allergy tab, comment thread) give it texture.

special_message: Generate exactly 5 items: 2 with content_format='video' and 3 with content_format='hero_text'.

Body

Saturday is snack day. I've known this since March. The Google Doc reminded me. Then Karen reminded me. Then the Google Doc reminded me again via a reply-all thread that Karen started.

Here's the thing about the snack schedule for Jake's Little League team: it has tabs. Multiple tabs. There's the main schedule, a sub-tab for allergies (reasonable), and a sub-tab titled Preferred Gatorade Flavors by Player that someone created in earnest and nobody questioned. The comment thread has 34 replies. The season started in April. One comment just says "Glacier Cherry???" with three question marks and no follow-up, and it has been sitting there unresolved for six weeks.

I have received four messages this week about Saturday. Four. The game is 9am. It is nine children playing baseball at a level that can generously be described as developmental. I looked at the allergy tab. I cross-referenced the Gatorade tab. I read the thread.

I'm bringing orange slices.

Cut fresh. In a Ziploc. No dye, no corn syrup, no comment thread required. If someone has a problem with orange slices, they are welcome to start a fifth sub-tab.
